Promo credits are a balance applied against what you owe. Sources include the $50 signup bonus, referrals, campaigns, and support credits issued when we resolve an issue on your account.

How to use them

Credits are applied automatically to your account balance. As you use Staynup, metered usage is offset against your credits until the balance is exhausted — then normal billing takes over. You can check your remaining balance anytime in billing settings.
