How do I monitor my team's work?
Your team does the work; you make sure it's getting done well. Staynup gives you the visibility to spot problems early — a task left in draft, a photo that looks wrong, a staff member who's gone quiet — before they become guest complaints.
The dashboard
The dashboard is where the whole picture comes together. Managers see stat cards with staff and listing counts, a bar chart of cleaning sessions, a pie chart of the schedule broken down by listing, and a booking Gantt timeline. As the admin you can view all of this too, and check the sync status of each listing to make sure everything is up to date.
You don't need to live in the dashboard — a quick daily check is enough. Skim the session counts, look for anything stuck in draft, and glance at which staff logged in recently. The patterns you notice here tell you where to focus.
What to watch
The dashboard surfaces the signals that matter:
- Task completion status — a task stuck in draft means a clean isn't finished; follow up with the staff member.
- Photo quality — review the photos attached to completed tasks to confirm the work was actually done.
- Staff last-login times — deactivate accounts for staff who are no longer active.
- Handoff frequency — a high number of AI handoffs means the AI doesn't know enough; check the Automation Checklist and teach it.
Frequent AI handoffs are a signal to add rules or complete listing details, not a failure.
